SolarHub / Snowy Regional Solar Warranty Information

This warranty applies to all Energy Systems supplied and installed by Smart Renewables Pty Ltd (ACN 168 981 780), trading as SolarHub and Snowy Regional Solar.

Coverage

Goods supplied by SolarHub / Snowy Regional Solar come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. This includes any warranties provided by the manufacturer. Any third-party warranties will be provided with the relevant product documentation.

For PV Systems and Battery Storage Systems installed by SolarHub / Snowy Regional Solar, we provide a whole-of-system warranty for 10 years. This covers workmanship, operational performance, and all system components.

For all other Energy Systems (e.g. hot water heat pumps, air conditioners, induction cooktops, EV chargers), the system warranty duration and conditions will match the original manufacturer’s warranty.

How to Claim

If a defect is identified, customers must notify SolarHub / Snowy Regional Solar in writing immediately. No remedial work should be undertaken without our prior written approval.

During the warranty period, SolarHub / Snowy Regional Solar will assist with manufacturer warranty claims at no cost. If the claim is made after the warranty period or the fault is unrelated to the Energy System, a $220 call-out fee and $110 per hour service charge may apply.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace those statutory protections.
